Product descriptions and prices

  • Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown are accurate at the time you place your order.
  • If an error is found,  we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling.
  • All items are offered subject to availability. If an item is not in stock we will contact you and offer to cancel or place on back order. We can dispatch part orders but this will only be done with your agreement.
  • Prices on this site and by Rob Racing are usually discounted from the RRP. Any discount offered will be forfeited if any payment is withheld and goods will then be subject to the full RRP. Prices available on request.
  • Prices include VAT @20%. For non EC countries where VAT is not applicable the VAT will be deducted. However as we discount many products there may be some variation in the total price as we may only be able to supply some items at the full RRP . We recommend International customers email us to confirm exact pricing.

Delivery Charges

  • Additional shipping costs: Some bulky items, including tyres, wheels, frames etc. may be liable to additional shipping costs due to the volumetric weight of the parcel. If additional shipping costs apply to your order, will we inform you before the goods are dispatched? You will then have the option to pay the additional shipping costs or cancel either the whole order or simply the item(s), which are oversize/weight.
  • The website is not 100% accurate at calculating shipping prices. If an error is made we will refund any overpayment. If shipping seems excessive, please contact us and we will be happy to confirm the correct shipping costs.
  • We will ship to you at the best possible price we can. We use companies such as Royal Mail and UPS. Any item worth more than £50 will always be shipped via a tracked service for both yours and our peace of mind.  Collection and local delivery also available.

Unsuitable goods
You have the right to cancel your order with us, in accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The period in which you have to exercise that right, by law is 7 days. The unused goods, as sold including any offer/free item(s) received in conjunction with the returned item(s) must be returned, at the customer’s expense, in the original packaging within the 7 days of notice to cancel. We reserve the right to have the goods inspected by a technician prior to replacement or refund. The above compliments your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

Damaged goods
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately on +44 (0) 7904123519. Please retain the original package for returning your order. Our couriers will arrange a time suited with you to come and inspect and collect the parcel. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever is your preference.

Faulty goods
If you suspect a fault with your product please call us on +44 (0) 7904123519, you will be advised the best method for dealing with your problem.
Manufacturers Defect Found:

• The item(s) will be repaired, replaced or the value of returned item(s) refunded at your discretion.
If the item(s) are discontinued we will offer a replacement of equal or better specification
